Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any communication credits or subscription packages on BanquetsCRM.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of communication credit packages (SMS, WhatsApp, Email) made through BanquetsCRM at banquetscrm.com. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised merchant of record.
2. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of communication credit packages are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed and credits are added to your account, we are unable to issue a refund, whether the credits have been used or not.
This applies to:
- One-time credit purchases
- Monthly subscription packages
- Yearly subscription packages
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after that date.
- Credits already added to your account will remain available and do not expire — you can continue using them after your subscription ends.
- No pro-rata refund will be issued for unused time in the current billing period.
4. Exceptions — Duplicate Charges
We will review refund requests only in the following circumstance:
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error on our platform or Paddle's payment system.
To report a duplicate charge, email us at banquetscrm@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, including your transaction ID and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, if confirmed, process a refund within 10 business days.
5. Failed Deliveries
Credits are deducted only when a message is successfully accepted by the delivery provider. If a message fails to deliver, credits are not deducted from your balance. No refund is owed for delivery failures caused by invalid recipient numbers, carrier rejections, or provider outages outside our control.
6. Free Trial Credits
Free trial credits provided on account creation are non-transferable and have no monetary value. They cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.
